Meet J. Scott Quinby, MD

Dr. Quinby grew up playing ice hockey, hiking, biking and running. As a result Dr. Quinby suffered his own joint injuries and has compassion for patients who have done the same. Dr. Quinby is now a board certified physician in orthopaedic surgery and orthopaedics sports medicine. He leverages the most current technologies ranging from robotic-assisted knee, hip and shoulder replacement to ensure consistent ideal outcomes from minimally invasive procedures. Dr. Quinby sees patients of all ages from grade school to the elderly with issues ranging from joint pain, broken bones, arthritis, etc.

Each patient we treat is treated as an individual taking into account their unique injury or ailment, age, lifestyle, and goals. We then present all options to the patient and explain the process for each option, the ideal outcomes, and possible risks. We always try to meet a patient’s goals through non-surgical means when given the chance, and only propose surgical intervention when all other viable alternatives have been exhausted. At Advanced Bone & Joint we understand the magnitude of surgical intervention, and we do not approach it lightly. However, if surgical intervention is the best path to meeting a patient’s goals rest assured that you’re in good hands.
